Advanced Clean Trucks Regulation

On April 28, 2020, CARB published proposed modifications to the Advanced Clean Trucks (ACT) Regulation that was considered by the Board late last year.  As proposed, CARB would increase the percentage of ZEV sales across all vehicle groups from 2024 to 2030 and increase the percentage requirements from 2030 to 2035.  Comments on the proposed modifications are due May 28, 2020.  All rulemaking documents can be found here.
